Overview

WhisperShortcut is a macOS menu bar application that provides Speech-to-Text, Speech-to-Prompt, Read Aloud, and Prompt & Read features. By using WhisperShortcut, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

You may use WhisperShortcut in accordance with its documentation and in compliance with applicable laws.
When using cloud features (e.g. Google Gemini), you are also subject to the respective provider’s terms (e.g. Google Terms of Service, Google API Terms).
You are responsible for securing your API key and account credentials; do not share them with others.

Limitations

WhisperShortcut is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or third-party services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted in the repository.
